Bugaboo Donkey
This is the ideal double stroller for families searching for a stylish, side-byside double stroller. It is a little bit bulkier than the other Bugaboo models, but it feels solid and built to last. It has an adjustable handlebar that extends and retracts easily. It has a decent reach, so my husband who is 6'1" can easily push it, even when fully laden.
Seats are comfortable and can be set up in a way that one child is in front of another or so that children face each one. They can also recline separately from each other. The canopies cover both fabric seats If you want. They're not very ventilated, so they can appear like an oven on hot days. They do not have a peek-a-boo window that allows children to peek in.
This stroller has an exclusive feature that allows it to grow with your family and you. It can be converted from one seat (Mono Mode) to a double side-by-side stroller. This is the only stroller that can be converted that can do this! It can also be used in conjunction with another bassinet or car seat for infants.
It is a breeze to use on smooth surfaces, and it is able to handle stairs and slopes with ease. It isn't easy to maneuver in crowded restaurants and shops. It can be a bit difficult to fold the seat, particularly if it is attached. It's still pretty compact though, and it can be tucked away easily.
In mono mode, there is a storage bin next to the front seats. This is great for grocery shopping and other items. The main storage basket beneath the seats is massive and can support up to 100 pounds that is more than any other stroller on this list!
Uppababy Vista v2
This is one of the best twin strollers designed for new newborns. It can be used straight out of box as a double stroller and is compatible with many infant car seats and bassets. The Vista Upper and Vista Lower adapters allow you to use two infant car seats at the same time.
The V2 is a redesigned version of the original Vista. The toddler seat is a half-inch higher, the footrest has more space and the canopy has a zip-out fabric extender that adds extra coverage. Also, the harness has been upgraded and doesn't require re-threaded, making it easy to adjust.
The stroller is equipped with big wheels (8" in front and 11.5" in the back) and a robust suspension system, which lets it handle any terrain. The rubber wheels on the front are ideal to navigate through rocks and gravel, while the tread on the rear wheels is better for grassy hills or sidewalks.
Another great feature is the capability to connect a child's bike to the front of the stroller, which is an excellent option for those who aren't keen on using an infant car seat or Rumbleseat. If you have a child who is old enough to stand and walk, the Vista stroller can fit a third child with its piggyback board accessory.
The Vista is easy to use and to set up. It does take some time to remove all the protective packaging. The instructions are simple to follow and there's also a YouTube video if you need more help.
